How Does It Work?
It’s much bigger than tracking fertility signs and trying to conceive. We will be preparing your mind, body, heart, and soul to invite this child in and expand your family.
To do this I use craniosacral therapy techniques to balance your reproductive organs, pelvic floor, and hormones. I use SomatoEmotional techniques to release fears, anxiety, childhood hardships, trauma, and toxic family patterns. I work with Reiki energy to synchronize and balance you and your partner’s energetic body and craniosacral system so that you are aligned in this journey.
These techniques have been shown to increase fertility, especially when unexplained fertility is the issue. One example would be a case study of a woman with PCOS who was able to become pregnant and find pain relief through Reiki.
A study published in 2012 in the Journal of the American Osteopathic Association found fertility rates improved for 60 percent of subjects after manual therapy was applied to the pelvic region. The author believes it “could potentially be used as a first course of treatment for infertile patients considering hormone therapy, intrauterine insemination (IUI), or IVF treatments.”
Finally, when your body, mind, heart, and spirit are ready, you will call in the soul of your baby.
