I initially went to Heathir because a friend of mine 20 years  prior told me I needed to try cranio-sacral therapy for my back problems.  I do not know why it took my 20 years to finally take my friends advice but I found Heathir and am so glad that I did! She has helped me with the severe arthritis in my neck and the pain I experience in my lower back even after 6 back surgeries "fixed" my back. Additionally, Heathir also does Reiki, Kudalini Activation (KAP) Soudbaths in private as well as group sessions. I have benefitted from all of Heathir's offerings.  She not only can help heal your body but help you with emotional blockages that you might have with her various modalities and practices. My advice it just to go and check her out.
