The Still Point is an intimate 90-minute experience that goes far beyond a typical sound bath. We open and close with a craniosacral still point hold — a gentle hands-on technique where light touch at the head and feet guides your cerebrospinal fluid into a momentary pause, signaling your nervous system to release, reset, and deeply rest.

In between, live sound healing and energy transmission carry you somewhere words don’t quite reach.
