Kundalini Activation is an energetic transmission that supports the clearing and unwinding of the nervous system, the release of restrictions and stored stress from past trauma, ancestral patterns, limiting beliefs and psychic clutter. In this transformative process, overtime, your system begins to restructure and regenerate and align to higher states of consciousness.

This is a surrender based practice, where as your own life force energy moves throughout all the layers that make up your being, and when practiced cumulatively over time participants find that they feel empowered, more at home in their own bodies.

Unlike other spiritual practices such as meditation, breathwork, or yoga where you have to “do something,” in this practice there is nothing to do. You simply lay down, listen to some music and welcome your own life force energy do the work.


What to Expect:
Whether you’re based in Los Angeles or joining virtually, each session meets you exactly where you are—gently inviting your system into balance, alignment, and expansion.

You begin each session laying on your mat or blanket. Music will be played in a variety of tones and tempos to set the container for the experience. The facilitator will hold a field of “prana shakti” energy much like a tuning fork and in response, your own energy field will begin to resonate and activate.

With consent, the facilitator will bring a light touch to chakra points on the body and meridians, supporting and bringing ease to the flow of energy.

Because it is your own intelligent energy, each session is unique and meets you right were you are. You are fully in charge the entire time, and if you wish to stop the practice, you simply sit up, open your eyes, and it will stop.

This means that your experience can vary, and may include moments of stillness and introspection, feelings of tingling or warmth, physical tremors or inspired movements, visuals such as colors or dream like states.

You can also experience emotional movements from the ones we all love, from bliss and pleasure to the less desirable (but still sacred), anger or sadness.

You might also find the urge for singing, humming, laughing, yawning, or even letting out a scream .

All is welcome, and music is played loud so you are free to express however you feel inspired.

20% of the practice happens during the session, the other 80% happens in the days to follow.

Many participants find their first couple sessions to be more of a subtle experience then notice positive shifts, emotional release, and insights in the days to follow.

This is a cumulative practice, and not a state-seeking practice. The more often you practice, the deeper the practice will take you on your spiritual journey.

After a session be sure to drink plenty of water, give yourself time and know that releasing will continue for you in your own time. 

This is a cumulative practice, and each session is a unique experience. You could attend as frequently as once a week, or any rhythm that feels supportive to you. The more sessions you attend the more you begin to experience higher states of consciousness, self-awareness, acceptance, and deeper connections to all that is, including your authentic self.

Kundalini is a Sanskrit term representing “coiled” or “circular” Divine feminine energy that rests at the base of the spine. This sacred energy fuels personal growth, awareness of higher states of consciousness and can bring about deep shifts in how you feel, think, and experience life.

There’s nothing you need to do except lay down on your mat and listen to the music. The energy does the rest of the work for you. No previous experience is necessary.

However, this practice can have similar benefits to the practices mentioned above, but no effort is required, in fact the opposite of effort is what we do.

During Kundalini Activation Practice the facilitator hold the field of “prana shakti” acting like a tuning fork for your own kundalini/shakti energy to move through your energetic pathways in a way that is right for where and who you you are in that moment. This energy releases contractions held in your body and nervous system.

People who have already had a spontaneous Kundalini awakening find this practice to be very grounding, and it helps them integrate and participate in the world with more ease.

While Kundalini Activation Practice is safe and helps facilitate a natural process of energetic development, it may not an appropriate modality for those who experience mania, paranoia, delusion, or psychosis, multiple sclerosis, or epilepsy. If this is the case, you may find craniosacral therapy to be a better fit for your spiritual journey.
