What is Kundalini Activation?
Kundalini Activation is an energetic transmission that supports the clearing and unwinding of the nervous system, the release of stagnation and stored emotions, stress, and blockages. In this process of releasing, you have the opportunity to restructure the subconscious and survival states and more easily access higher states of being.
This is a surrender based practice, you do not need to focus, effort, or mentally “do” anything. You simply allow time and space for your own life force energy to move on your behalf.
When practiced regularly, participants find that they feel more inner peace and also more at home in their bodies.
Unlike other spiritual practices such as meditation, breath work, or yoga where you have to “do something,” in this practice there is nothing to do. You simply lay down, listen to some music and welcome your own life force energy do the work.
What to Expect:
Whether you’re based in Los Angeles or joining virtually, each session meets you exactly where you are—gently inviting your system into balance, alignment, and expansion.

We begin each session laying down.. Pre-recorded music is played to set the container for the experience.
Heathir will hold a frequency (known as many names) the “Mother Field” ” “Shakti” “Unconditional Love” and many other names. This field surrounds you and invites your own energy to respond and flow easily as it resonates with this field.
it is your own intelligent energy moving within you and so each session meets you right were you are and is exactly what you need in that moment.
Your experience can vary, and may include moments of stillness and introspection, feelings of tingling or warmth, physical movements, visuals such as colors or dream like states, or emotional movements.
The practice of kundalini activation has two parts. The first twenty percent is the time laying on your mat in class,. The other eighty percent happens in the days to follow.
Often the first session or two tend to be more of a subtle experience.
This is a cumulative practice, and not a state-seeking practice. The more often you practice, the deeper the practice will take you on your spiritual journey.

How Often Should I Attend a Kundalini Activation Class?
This is a cumulative practice, and each session is a unique experience. You could attend as frequently as once a week, or any rhythm that feels supportive to you. The more sessions you attend the more you begin to experience higher states of consciousness, self-awareness, acceptance, and deeper connections to all that is, including your authentic self.
What does Kundalini mean?
Kundalini is a Sanskrit term representing “coiled” or “circular” Divine energy that rests at the base of the spine. This sacred energy fuels personal growth, awareness of higher states of consciousness and can bring about deep shifts in how you feel, think, and experience life.



What do I have to do in a kundalini activation class?
There’s nothing you need to do except lay down on your mat and listen to the music. The energy does the rest of the work for you. No previous experience is necessary.
What kundalini activation is not?
- It is not a “shakti pat.”
- It is not “kundalini yoga.”
- It is not breathwork
- It is not meditation
However, this practice can have similar benefits to the practices mentioned above, but no effort is required, in fact the opposite of effort is what we do.
Who Should Not Participate?
While Kundalini Activation Practice is safe and helps facilitate a natural process of energetic development, it may not an appropriate modality for those who experience mania, paranoia, delusion, or psychosis, multiple sclerosis, or epilepsy. If this is the case, you may find craniosacral therapy to be a better fit for your spiritual journey.
