Heathir helped me process some past life regression that came up, offered the most relaxing sound healing, and gave me my first experience with craniosacral therapy and I loved it all. I love HER. She is a soft and sweet facilitator deeply in tune with her intuitive abilities. She knew all the right things to say. My kundalini activated and she knew to encourage me to let it flow. She sensed the freed energy trying to make its way back to my body but with her guidance we didn’t let it. The session was focused on sexual healing in my sacra chakra and by the end, we were able to unclench the tension in my pelvis… which had usually been constant in my everyday life. And when we were processing the session together at the end, she gave me journaling homework that was right on the nose for what I needed to continue healing after the appointment. Her previous knowledge as a doula added to her craniosacral therapist skills helped me not diving into depression at that moment. After a couple of months I also had distance reiki therapy and I didn't share with her a lot of details about how I was feeling, but when I received her message telling about her impressions, it sounded as she was in the same room as me, she just knew everything.
