I’ll guide you into your own craniosacral rhythm and hold an energy transmission for you the whole time, with soft ambient music in the background to support your rest. Your only job is to find a comfortable place to lie down and receive whatever your system is ready for.

We open by getting you grounded and comfortable, wherever you’re lying down, before the session begins.
I’ll walk you into your own craniosacral rhythm, the same subtle body wisdom I work with hands-on in the studio, translated for distance.
An energy transmission moves through the session, held for you the whole time. What comes through is different every time — I don’t script it, I follow it.
