Hi Reader
I wanted to share a simple practice with you that has been bringing me peace and at the same time helping me connect with my inner wisdom.
Sometimes things can feel chaotic all around us, and when we go to meditate and go within, they feel chaotic inside too?
It happens to all of us, and it’s a natural part of this human experience. However, at all times, we have access to that which is always peaceful, blissful, still, and loving.
Below you will find this practice, you may want to read through it first and then go back into it so you can close your eyes and drop in.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Take care!

Here is your guide:
- First, feel your feet on the ground, if they aren’t on the floor then go ahead and place them there.
- Now, take a breath in through your nose, and exhale easily through your mouth. Do this 4-5 times and make it a teeny bit slower each time.
- Next, continue breathing easily and slowly, but with your awareness follow the breath up and down the spine. from the root of your seat, all the way up to the crown of your head. Do this for 3-4 breaths. You can always close your eyes to visualize it and come back to this after.
- Finally, with your eyes closed you are going to follow your next breath up out of the top of your head and up about 5-10 inches above your head. Continue breathing normal but keep your focus and awareness on this space.
- Rest in this space, just above your head a few inches and notice what it feels like here. If you don’t notice anything at first, simply hang out there and get to know it. You can come back to this space anytime.
I would love to hear your experience if you give that practice a try!
