I do not know why it took my 20 years to finally take my friends advice but I found Heathir and am so glad that I did! She has helped me with the severe arthritis in my neck and the pain I experience in my lower back even after 6 back surgeries "fixed" my back. Additionally, Heathir also does Reiki, Kudalini Activation (KAP) Soudbaths in private as well as group sessions. I have benefitted from all of Heathir's offerings. This session was really special to me. I never knew my grandparents. I barely know my relatives that are on this earthly plane past the surface level, so I didn’t feel like I had a real connection to my ancestors. At a young age I left the land where I was born and felt a disconnect from that part of my life. I didn’t feel like I fit in with American culture and I didn’t seem to fit in with Albanian culture.
